& TEST
This test is designed for prospective applicants pursuing a fresh career in data analytics. The test simulates similar take-home exams given to applicants for entry-level positions. Users of this test are expected to complete this test over a weekend and make use of Excel, although experienced applicants may also use Tableau as an alternative. Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to transform and manipulate raw data into useable information, perform analysis and thoroughly investigate all information available, and visualise and convey insights uncovered while providing useful recommendations.
The expected deliverables of this test are a PowerPoint slide deck addressing the questions below, as well as the Excel file showing any formulas and any other work done on the raw data. Once received and reviewed, applicants must be prepared to present their findings and answer questions.
